All buildings will include dedicated underground parking, with each villa having its own underground parking space. The architectural design of Six Senses The Palm draws inspiration from coral, a prominent natural resource in the region. The design features flowing rooflines and cellular facades that enhance privacy and provide shade from the sun, while still offering breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf and Dubai’s iconic skyline. Situated on Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent, residents will enjoy easy access to popular attractions such as Nakheel Mall—with over 300 shops, restaurants, a cinema, and children’s play areas—The View observation deck on the 52nd floor of Palm Tower offering 360-degree views of the Gulf and Dubai landmarks—and The Pointe, a waterfront destination filled with dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
